I am a Consultant and Trainer working in the real estate industry specialising in Property Management, Administration, Department Management, Business Development and Property Management Marketing.

I am also a fully Licensed Estate Agent and director of Real Life Property Management.

For over 30 years, I have worked with many of the leading real estate agencies in Victoria and have won multiple awards for my Property Management work and the six-star service I provided to clients.

In addition to my in-depth understanding of Property Management, I am able to communicate my knowledge and experience extremely effectively and this has been one of the keys to my success as a trainer, mentor and coach.

As a consultant, my insights are sought out by agency directors, department managers and team leaders. I am known as a straight shooter who delivers unique services with integrity and honesty and these qualities have been instrumental in forging my reputation for excellence, relevance and inspiring positive change.
